Cookies and Cream Frosting

You’ll need:

• 8oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/4cup butter, softened
• 1/2tsp vanilla extract
• 4cups powdered sugar
• 1/3cup Oreo cookie crumbs

Directions
Beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add vanilla. Mix in powdered sugar one cup at a time. Finally, stir in cookie crumbs by hand, mixing until just combined.
This recipe makes enough for about 30 cupcakes. If you pipe the frosting, use a tip with a wider end because sometimes the cookies crumbs get stuck.
