Taco Roll-Ups

You’ll need:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • Shredded cheese (Mexican, or American, or Your Favorite)
  • Soft shells



  • Blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • Spread onto soft shell taco
  • Sprinkle on shredded cheese.
  • Wrap in aluminum foil and chill in refrigerator for at least one hour.
  • Using an electric knife, slice. Remove aluminum foil and serve.
