Chicken Tetrazzini

You’ll need:

  • 16 oz. linguini, cooked
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cans cream of chicken
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • 1/2 tsp. of pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

 

Directions:

  • Cook noodles according to box and set aside
  • In a medium bowl combine butter, cooked chicken soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and broth.
  • Mix well then add noodles
  • Spray 9×13 pan and pour noodle mix in.
  • Top with cheese
  • Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes
