Chicken Tetrazzini
You’ll need:
- 16 oz. linguini, cooked
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cans cream of chicken
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 1/2 tsp. of pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Cook noodles according to box and set aside
- In a medium bowl combine butter, cooked chicken soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and broth.
- Mix well then add noodles
- Spray 9×13 pan and pour noodle mix in.
- Top with cheese
- Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes
