Apple Kuchen

Ingredients:

• ½ cup butter, softened
• 1 package of yellow cake mix
• ½ cup flaked coconut
• 1 can pie-slides apples or 2 ½ cups sliced pared baking apples
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 egg

Directions:

• Heat oven to 350℉
• Cut butter into cake mix
• Mix in coconut
• Pat mixture lightly into ungreased 13 x 9 pan
• Bake 10 minutes
• Arrange apples on warm crust
• Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle it on to apples
• Blend sour cream and egg, drizzle over apples
• Bake 25 minutes or until edges are light brown
